Sand Draw, Moneta areas are focus of paving crew next week
A Wyoming Department of Transportation asphalt paving crew is scheduled for work Monday, July 20, and Tuesday, July 21, on WYO 135 near Beaver Rim.
Weather permitting, the work is scheduled on the west side of Beaver Rim between mileposts 22.8 and 23.58.
Between July 21-23, the schedule calls for the paving crew to patch US 20-26 east of Moneta, beginning at milepost 75.6.
The WYDOT paving operation consists of a paving crew, a roller operator and numerous WYDOT trucks hauling the hot asphalt.
“Please obey posted speed limits during the paving operation, and obey flaggers and traffic control for safety’s sake,” said Cody Beers, WYDOT public involvement specialist in Riverton. “In work zones, pay attention or pay the price.”
The WYDOT hot-mix patching operation moves north of Wind River Canyon beginning Aug. 3.
