Goodrich Drive project nearing completion
Asphalt paving is scheduled to be complete by about Aug. 1 on the $1.5 million Goodrich Drive improvement project in Lander.
“All sidewalk, curb and gutter installation is complete, and the project is nearing completion,” said Erik Smith, Wyoming Department of Transportation resident engineer in Lander. “With paving nearly complete, only minor seeding and sod and sprinkler replacement are still remaining.”
Patrick Construction, Inc., of Lander is the prime contractor on the Goodrich Drive project.
The Goodrich Drive improvement project includes .65 miles of Goodrich Drive in the City of Lander. Work includes grading, draining, placing crushed gravel, asphalt pavement surfacing and asphalt wearing course, removal and replacement of sidewalk, curb and gutter, fencing, and other work.
Completion date for the project is Sept. 15, 2009.
