In order to reduce the time required in the exam station, please complete the application, sign it (both applicant and parent signatures are required if under 18) and bring it along with any required documents to any Driver Services location.

If you are required to take a road test please contact your local exam station to schedule. Road tests are only required for those individuals wanting to to obtain their graduated driver license (16 year olds) or those individuals who have not had a valid driver license in the previous two (2) years.
