Closure scheduled for westbound I-80 Aug. 28

The westbound lanes of I-80 will be closed briefly Wednesday east of the Cheyenne Port of Entry beginning at 8 p.m.

The closure to allow crews to hang a new electronic message sign over the highway is expected to last between 30 minutes and an hour.

There will be no detour during the closure.
