Crews install new Welcome to Wyoming signs in northwest Wyoming

New Welcome to Wyoming signs were installed near Frannie and Clark Tuesday by Wyoming Department of Transportation's District 5 sign crew in Basin. Larry Stanger, pictured, and Dan Flores installed the new signs near Frannie on US 310/WYO 789 and near Clark on WYO 120 near the Wyoming-Montana border. The signs are changed every eight years when the pattern changes on Wyoming driver license plates.
