Highways in Kemmerer-Opal area reopen

US 30 and WYO 240 in the Opal-Kemmerer reopened Thursday after being closed the previous day due to a fire caused by an explosion at the Williams Gas Plant.

The highways reopened at approximately 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
