Date: 06/26/2014

CASPER - Much of Interstate 25 within District 2 will see an increase in the speed limit to 80 mph beginning the first week of July.

On July 1, crews from Casper will head north and south along I-25 replacing speed limit signs to reflect the increase approved by the state Legislature earlier this year. Speed limits through the Casper area will remain 60 mph and the speed limit through the Douglas area will remain at 75 mph.
