Nightly construction closures scheduled for I-90 this week

Installation of structures over the highway for electronic message signs will require one-hour nighttime closures on I-90 in the Sundance area Sept. 30-Oct. 3.

In each case the  highway will close at 10 p.m. for approximately one hour, reopen to let traffic through,  then close again for an additional hour. 

The closure Sept. 30  will be in the westbound lanes of I-90 just east of Sundance. 

The closure Oct. 1 will be in the eastbound lanes of I-90 just east of Sundance.

The closure Oct. 2 will be in the westbound lanes of I-90 just west of Sundance.

The final closure on Oct.. 3 will be in the eastbound lanes of I-90 just west of Sundance.

WYDOT is installing 19 electronic message signs at 10 locations in the northeast corner of the state to give travelers information about weather, road and traffic conditions on the highway.
