Transportation Commission schedules special teleconference meeting

The Wyoming Transportation Commission will conduct a special teleconference meeting beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 2 to consider a report from the WYDOT Aeronautics Division.

The teleconference will be based in the Commission Room at WYDOT Headquarters,  5300 Bishop Boulevard, in Cheyenne. The public can attend the meeting there, or arrange to be included in the teleconference by calling (307) 777-4007.

The Transportation Commission governs the activities of WYDOT under state law, and is composed of seven members appointed by the governor for six-year terms. Each commissioner represents a district that includes three or four counties, and each county within the district is represented, in turn, by successive appointments.
