WHP-website.jpgThe Wyoming Department of Transportation and the Wyoming Highway Patrol will soon launch redesigned websites that will provide a refreshed look while still continuing to showcase important information to the public.

The new websites will launch on Monday, July 31, and will help WYDOT and WHP continue to tell their stories. WYDOT’s 511 Travel and Information website will remain unchanged.

The websites will feature new front main landing pages and newly designed inside pages.

WYDOT’s website will provide information on frequently visited topics such as driver licenses, vehicle titles and registrations, Aeronautics and other programs. WHP will also continue to provide vital information on fatalities by year, commercial carriers and other topics.

The new websites will also continue WYDOT’s commitment to technology as they will still be mobile friendly, ensuring people can view the content on any platform such as tablets, cellphones and other mobile devices as well as traditional desktops.

Besides a new look, the software that runs the websites will also be updated, providing more website features that will help WYDOT and WHP meet the needs of their customers.

“This redesign and software upgrade will ensure we continue to advance a digital platform and provide our customers with the vital information they need,” said WYDOT Director Bill Panos.
