Commission meetings usually convene at 8:30 a.m. and are conducted in Cheyenne unless otherwise noted.

Transportation Commission meetings are open to the public. However, because of time constraints, individuals who wish to speak to the Commission must schedule an appointment at least 10 days before the meeting. Appointments are made through the Commission Secretary by email or by phone at (307) 777-4007
