There is no aircraft registration requirement for Wyoming at this time.  Therefore, there are no State aircraft registration fee.

Wyoming Pilot Registration

There is no pilot registration requirement for Wyoming at this time.

Tax Information

Sales Tax .  There is no sales tax  for scheduled air carrier aircraft purchases.  There is sales tax on aircraft for all other uses.  If purchased out-of-state, the other state would collect the tax.  If purchased in Wyoming, the company making the sale should collect the tax.  If the aircraft if purchased in Wyoming from a private party, arrangements should be made between the buyer and seller and the State Department of Revenue.  Contact Dept. of Revenue, 777-6940.
