Instructions for Professional Consulting Services

The attached Instructions for Professional Consulting Services document outlines procedures and forms used in the negotiation of consultant agreements. Included are instructions on how to format a fee proposal as well as WYDOT requirements for invoicing.

The W-109 form is needed by  the WYDOT Accounts Payable program in order to process Consultant payments. A portion of this form can be used to set up Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) for your convenience.
