The following information is provided as a reference by the Wyoming Department of Transportation and is an estimate.

Traffic Volume and Vehicle Miles

Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT's) estimates are derived from three primary sources of data - permanent traffic recorders, portable traffic recorders, and manual traffic classification counts. AADT's are multiplied by road length to calculate Vehicle Miles Traveled.

Annual Automatic Traffic Recorder Report

 

 

The Automatic Traffic Recorder Report is a summary of data collected annually at various permanent traffic monitoring sites (ATR's) in Wyoming. The map above shows the monitoring sites. The link below provides access to various statistics for each ATR site. Those statistics include volume by hour, day and month, and percent of change from last year.
