Technical Committee WorkBridge Program employees are involved in many of the national technical committees and task forces that shape the design specifications, policies and computer applications used by bridge and hydraulic engineers nationwide. Wyoming actively participates in the following: AASHTO Subcommittee on Bridges and Structures T-2 Technical Committee on Bearings and Expansion Devices Technical Committee on Roadside Safety Software Development AASHTOWare VIRITS / OPIS User Group Bridge Employees are currently serving in the following capacities within the National Cooperative Highway Research Program: Committees General Structures Committee Project Panels NCHRP 10-70, Cost Effective Connection Details for Highway Signs, Luminaires and Traffic Signal Structures NCHRP 10-74, Development of Fatigue Loading and Design Methodology for High Mast Lighting Poles NCHRP 10-80, New Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaires and Traffic Signals
