Jackson South Record of Decision

The Jackson South Record of Decision (ROD) is completed. The ROD indicates the decision or selected alternative, alternatives considered, clarifications on the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), and addresses the comments recieved on the final EIS.  Appendix A covers public involvement and Appendix B addresses each individual comment received on the final EIS.

Jackson South FEIS Recieved Comments

Comments on the Jackson South FEIS were due by Nov. 17, 2010. WYDOT received over 140 comments in response to the proposed project to improve seven miles of US 26/89/189/191 from milepost 148.6 to milepost 141.4. WYDOT is currently compiling and preparing responses to the comments. The public comments and responses will be contained in the Record of Decision (ROD). Public comments that have been received by WYDOT can be viewed online.

Jackson South Comment Period Extended

Due to public requests, the Jackson South FEIS public comment period has been extended until Nov. 17, 2010.

Comments can be provided at any time during the review period, but must be postmarked no later than Nov. 17, 2010 to:
