Rail-Grade Crossing Petitions

 

In accordance with Wyoming Statute 37-10-102  , the Transportation Commission of Wyoming retains the power and authority to establish or close at-grade public railroad crossings.  This action is accomplished through the filing of a rail-grade crossing petition through WYDOT, a comprehensive field diagnostic review, and presentation to the Transportation Commission of Wyoming.
