WYDOT Project Delivery Systems and Internal Control Questionnaire

Subrecipients of federal-aid funds must have adequate project delivery systems and sufficient accounting controls to manage those funds. The link below contains the subrecipients that have had their accounting system reviewed by WYDOT and the date that the system was found to be acceptable. The federal-aid funds normally being used for projects must be either competitively bid or contracted with a consultant. This list also contains the date WYDOT reviewed the subrecipient's consultant selection process and found it acceptable.
