EMT Plates

Any person certified by the Department of Health as an emergency medical technician may apply for EMT plates.

General Provisions

1. A written statement of eligibility, accompanied by a copy of the applicant's current Emergency Medical Technician Certification, shall be presented to the county treasurer along with the application.

2. The approved application, accompanied by a $30 fee made payable to WYDOT, must be remitted to the address at the top of the application.

3. Plates will be issued in consecutive order and forwarded to the county treasurer's office.

4. Current plates must be surrendered to the treasurer's office upon issuance of the EMT plates.
