Vehicle Dealer Off-Site Sale Permits

Vehicle dealers must apply for a permit to sell vehicles from a location other than their principal place of business

Off-Site Sale Requirements:

1. You must apply for an off-site sale permit at least 14 days prior to the sale
2. The sale may not exceed 7 consecutive days
3. You may only hold 4 off-site sales in a calendar year
4. The off-site sale must be held within the county of the dealer's principal place of business or within the dealer's relevant market area
5. The Off-Site Sale Permit must be displayed at the location of the sale where it may be examined by an investigator
