The Out-of-State Manufacturer License is required for vehicle dealers in Wyoming to sell new vehicles distributed by the manufacturer.

The Wyoming vehicle dealer must also provide WYDOT with a copy of the franchise agreement from the manufacturer. The fee for an Out-of-State Manufacturer License is $100.
