WYDOT Regulations that Apply to Operating Authority for Taxi/Shuttle Services

1. Must obtain a Letter of Authority in order to transport persons for hire to and from locations in Wyoming
2. Must maintain commercial insurance in the legal/trade name of the business as it is operated
3. Must carry a copy of the Letter of Authority in each fleet vehicle
4. Must legibly display the name or trade name of the motor carrier on the vehicle
5. Fleet vehicles must display Wyoming registration
