Additional fuel tax projects among 10 contracts awarded by commission

Snowy Range highway closed for weekend

WYO 130 over Snowy Range Pass west of Laramie is closed for the weekend. Blowing and drifting snow Friday made it difficult for WYDOT plows to keep the 13-mile highway section open, and maintenance foremen decided it would not be safe for travelers to attempt to cross the high mountain pass in the dark. WYDOT's State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for 2014 is available for viewing.
