The program is current with the AASHTO Standard Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaires and Traffic Signals, 6th Edition, 2013, with 2015, 2019, and 2020 Interim Revisions.  Where feasible, the program uses the more exact method of solution as mentioned in the specifications for computer solution.

BRASS-POLE™ analyzes cantilever sign, luminaire and signal support structures. Round or polygonal steel poles may be analyzed.

Program capabilities include:

• Analysis of high-mast poles with luminaires
• Analysis of mast-arm structures with signs, luminaires, and traffic signals
• Analysis of base plates
