Any person required to register a vehicle in Wyoming may apply for the Rodeo License Plates for any motor vehicle that is not a commercial vehicle.  

General Provisions

1. Wyoming Rodeo license plates are issued by your local County Treasurer upon payment of the $30 application fee. Additional donations to support rodeo programs at the University of Wyoming and each Wyoming community college, may be made at the time of application or renewal.
2. Current plates must be surrendered to the Treasurer's office upon issuance of the Rodeo Plates.
