Pavement rehab project to begin on 12 miles of Herrick Lane (WYO 12)

March 11, 2020

LARAMIE, Wyo. — Crews with Simon Contractors will begin a pavement rehabilitation project on about 12 miles of WYO 12 (Herrick Lane) west of Laramie on March 16, weather permitting.

Spanning mile markers zero through 12, the project includes pipe work, culvert replacements and milling and paving operations.

Traffic — including bicyclists — should expect delays as there will be lane closures throughout the duration of the project. A pilot car or traffic signal will be operating to guide travelers through portions of the highway that will be reduced to a head-to-head single lane.

Drivers and bicyclists should slow down, put down the distractions and use extra caution when traveling through the work zone.
