US 191 resurfacing completed south of Boulder

LeGrand Johnson Construction of Logan, Utah, has completed the resurfacing of nearly eight miles of US 191 about eight miles south of Boulder. Deteriorating pavement was milled off and replaced with a new layer of pavement under a $1.4 million contract paid for with additional fuel tax money. The work was completed ahead of the Oct. 31, 2014 completion date included in the contract.
