WYO 196 resurfacing completed south of Buffalo

Work is complete on a project to resurface six miles of WYO 196 about five miles south of Buffalo. McGarvin-Moberly Construction of Worland milled off deteriorating pavement and replaced it with a new layer of pavement under a $1.9 million contract awarded in March. The work between Crazy Woman Canyon Road and the Bull Creek bridge was paid for with increased fuel tax revenue The contract completion date was Oct. 31, 2014, but the paving work was completed by the end of August.
