WYO 28 improvements completed north of South Pass

Pavement leveling and a chip seal have been completed on a 15.3 mile section of WYO 28 under a $3.4 million contract awarded to McGarvin-Moberly Construction Co. of Worland. The project area is located immediately north of South Pass. The work consisted of first leveling the road surface with a thin overlay of asphalt pavement and then applying a chip seal ot the asphalt. The contract completion date was June 30, 2015.
