- Purchase Vehicle Dealer Forms:
- Temporary permits must be issued by dealers for all retail sales on special paper and holographic seals via the Secure Online Temporary Tag System. The paper is $1.00 per sheet. The seals are $3.75 per seal. Both must be purchased from OpSec Security, Inc. Refer to the Secure E-Tag Manual below for further instructions.
- Dealer Reassignment forms are sold in packages of twenty five (25) for five dollars ($5.00).
- Secure Power of Attorney forms are sold in packages of one hundred (100) for twenty dollars ($20.00).
