Customer Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction Survey Results

To meet our goal of "serving our customers" we conduct a survey every two years. This helps us determine how well we are providing services and products to our customers, and ask them how we can improve. The Customer Satisfaction Survey asks our customers about a wide range of WYDOT's services including construction and maintenance activities, how they are treated when obtaining a driver license or interacting with a state trooper, and general questions about air service and airports. 

Another of WYDOT's goals is to "develop and care for our employees." Periodic surveys are conducted to gather information from our employees to find out how well the department is treating them.  A 2013 survey was conducted with WYDOT employees and a 2013 survey was conducted with WHP employees.

The feedback from these survey helps to improve emplyoee satisfaction and their work environment.
