Right-of-way matter added to agenda for June 2 special meeting of Transportation Commission

The Wyoming Transportation Commission has scheduled a special teleconference meeting beginning at 8:30 a.m. on June 2 to consider bids for providing utility materials and a right-of-way matter for the Harney Street Viaduct project in Laramie.

The Harney Street Viaduct project will replace the aging Clark Street Viaduct with a new structure about a third of a mile to the north. WYDOT expects to seek bids for the bridge construction portion of the project this fall.

The Wyoming Transportation Commission governs the activities of WYDOT. The commission is made up of seven members appointed by the governor for six-year terms.
