Work on US 287 to limit access from Howe Road

LARAMIE, Wyo. – WYDOT will be conducting paving operations on US 287 south of Laramie next week, and access to the highway from Howe Road will be restricted while work takes place.

Crews are planning to perform the work on Monday, June 5, during daylight hours. Work should be complete by the evening.

Residents who access US 287 from Howe Road will be unable to do so. Instead, those residents should detour onto Chaparral Drive to City Ranch Road or use Soldier Springs Road to Skyline Road.

US 287 itself will be reduced to one lane of travel. Traffic will be allowed through the work zone one direction at a time. Delays should be expected.
