Weather closes westbound I-80 lane west of Cheyenne

Heavy rains caused pavement damage Friday that forced the restriction of westbound I-80 to a single lane between the Remount Interchange and Buford west of Cheyenne. I-25, US 85, US 287 closed southbound into Colorado Friday

Southbound I-25 and US 85 south of Cheyenne and southbound US 287 south of Laramie were closed Friday at the request of the Colorado Department of Transportation due to flood-related closures in Colorado. Patrol to focus on commercial vehicle safety in Big Horn Basin

19 projects planned for additional fuel tax revenue in FY 2014

WYDOT plans to work on 19 additional highway projects during fiscal year 2014 with the projected increase in fuel tax revenues it expects to receive during the year. Those projects are among 52 the department proposes to begin over the next three fiscal years using the estimated $47.5 million a year in additional fuel tax revenue.
